  • Compartments - (2) Front-1,680 Gallons (40 BBL); Rear-3,780 Gallons (90 BBL)
  • Code of Construction - Non ASME / DOT 412 Specification
  • Working Pressure - 3 PSIG tested at 5 PSIG
  • Commodity - Corrosive Fluids (acids)
  • Tank Construction - 60" O.D. Straight Round x 38’ Seam to Seam (40 OAL)
  • Heads are Flanged and Dished (100%)
  • Tank Material - 1/4" SA-36 Heads and Shell
  • Stiffening Rings - 3/8" SA-36 x 2 1/2" Flat Bar
  • Manways - (2) Clay & Baily 1890 ACID Manways; (1) each compartment on top with fiberglass spillwells
  • Baffles - (1) 1/4" SA-36 Flared & Dished Bulkhead
       TANK FITTINGS & PIPING
  • Pressure Relief - (2) Fort Valve SST Valves; (1) each compartment
  • Vacuum Relief - Built into pressure relief
  • Piping - (1) 4" weld neck flange outlet at bottom of each compartment; 4" SST pipe manifold under tank belly with valves for isolation, outlet to rear
  • Valves - (2) 4" air-spring activated butterfly valves with SST disc and Viton seat; (1) 4" SST / Viton at rear; (3) 2" ball valves on recirculation line
  • Valve Adapters - None
  • Scrubbers - None
  • Gauging - (2) 2" Brass dipstick w/ rubber tip
  • Recirculation Line - 2" pipe on top with inlet in each compartment manifold and run to front head; run down head on curbside of head and point forward

  • Ladder - 1 1/4" pipe ladder at side; located mid-point w/ tread grip rungs
  • Walkway - 12" Wide Galvanized Gripstrut w/ Safety Handrail, located at tank mid-point to encompass both manways
  • Hose Trough - 20" wide x 24" long w/ drain, street side rear
  • Fenders - Front and rear plastic
  • Mud-Flaps - Anti-Sail at front and rear fenders
  • Tool Box - (2) Steel; 18"x18"x36" Mounted (1) each side, forward of trailer suspension
  • Lights - 12-Volt LED System w/ Center/Side Turn Signal and (2) work lights at rear.
